I provide individual and group mindfulness and yoga therapy services to businesses and organizations, specializing in yoga for military members, dancers, people suffering from chronic pain, and those with confidence and self-esteem challenges. I'm a certified yoga therapist with a Master’s degree in yoga therapy and am C-IAYT with International Association of Yoga Therapists and E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. I have presented stress management seminars at the US Department of Health and Human Services, the US Department of Education, and the USPS headquarters to name a few; and have presented nationally and internationally at symposiums and conferences for yoga and integrative medicine. I'm a film and commercial actress and dancer, and former broadcast journalist who hosts The Yoga Pro podcast where I discuss current trends in the fields of yoga and integrative health.
I'm a military spouse and autoimmune warrior who sings karaoke that I'm pretty good at, plays golf that I'm pretty terrible at, and uses all of the tools of yoga to manage my own messy and beautiful life so I can do the things I love.
